We apologise but all products are made to order and therefore we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

SHIPPING 

For unframed prints:

• Please allow up to 1 week for UK delivery.
• For international shipping allow up to 2 weeks.
• Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
• Prints are sent 1st class, tracked and signed for, rolled in a postal tube.

For orignal paintings:

• These take plenty of time to carefully package, so please allow up to 4 weeks for UK delivery.
• For interantional shipping allow up to 6 weeks. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
• Paintings are sent 1st class, tracked and signed for.
• Giclée Prints, international shipping allow up to 2 weeks.
• For Originals, international shipping allow up to 6 weeks.

Please note deliveries aren’t covered by insurance, this is an additional extra.
